Company Overview:

Sparkle Squad is growing and looking for positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team! Since opening in April 2012, our company has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. Our motto is Perfect Window, Happy Technicians, Delighted Customers where safety is treated as a core skill.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a leadership role in the 2025-2026 seasons.
  • Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $15/hour plus incentive pay and will increase to $18 per hour after you have worked for 100 hours.
  • Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete services provided by the company (window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, soft wash and hanging holiday lighting) while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excel in a team environment.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
  • Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial window and exterior services (window, pressure washing, gutters, holiday lighting, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus: training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize task effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with residential and commercial customers.

Description of Physical Demands:

  • Ability to climb ladders at varies heights.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs independently.
  • Work in varies weather conditions.
  • Operate company equipment safely and according to guidelines.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Possible Overtime
