Job description

Job Title: Window Cleaner (Full-Time)

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay: $18/hour + Tips + Advancement Opportunities


About the Role:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing exterior cleaning team! As a Window Cleaner, you’ll work outdoors alongside a crew member to deliver outstanding service to our residential clients. We value discipline, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for doing quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Window cleaning for residential homes

  • Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation

  • Power washing surfaces such as siding, decks, and driveways

  • Polymeric sanding for interlock surfaces

  • Upselling additional services to clients 

  • Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and providing great customer service on-site

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry ladders safely (physical fitness required)

  • Comfortable working at heights (up to 2-3 stories)

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communicator

  • Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM

  • Must be punctual and work well in a 2-person crew environment

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to transport equipment is an asset 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18/hour starting wage with regular increases

  • Tips from clients (shared between crew members)
