Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Project Technician to join our essential team. This role is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and restoring a variety of floor surfaces in commercial facilities using specialized equipment and techniques.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform floor care services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
  • Clean and maintain carpeted and hard floor surfaces using ServiceMaster tools and procedures.
  • Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
  • Identify flooring types and apply appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Move furniture and prepare areas for cleaning.
  • Disinfect floors and spot clean as needed.
  • Perform additional services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and janitorial support.
  • Open and secure facilities, including enabling/disabling security systems.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of floor care experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work nights, with occasional weekends and daytime shifts.
