Job description

First, (and most importantly) what is in it for you?

  • You do not need to know anything about Power Washing or Soft Washing. We can teach you everything.. we have over 20 years of experience.. and we have perfected this process. If you have experience.. bonus!

  • I have a smoker and I know how to use it.. so smoked meats and BBQ (and no McRibs). I also have a sweet tooth so homemade cookies, snacks and beverages too.

What are we going to ask you to do?
  • Go home in the same shape you came to work. Safety first, in everything we do! You will ensure we adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Start the path to lead our field operations to refresh our customers exterior surfaces of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and other areas with our power washing and soft washing equipment
  • Devise creative ways to service our customers needs by assessing surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure, techniques and cleaning solution required. (We have the process, we need you to bring the problem solving skills to apply it. )
  • Our vehicles cost over $150K. We need you to ensure proper care and maintenance of pressure washing equipment.
  • Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris from surfaces to make our customers happy.
  • Not fond of working directly with the customer? No problem. You are going to be partnered with a customer advocate who is also your co-pilot.
  • You have to be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Our truck is a 2023 Silverado 4500 that 20' long and carries 900gal of water.. you are going to need to be comfortable driving it.. safely!
  • Our process allows us to service buildings of up to 5 stories from the ground but sometimes we need to use a ladder or lift.
  • Make some mistakes and be ok with it..
