What We're Looking For...
Shell Point is seeking a dependable Window Washer to clean interior and exterior windows throughout the community while delivering exceptional service to residents. This role includes cleaning window frames, tracks, and sliding glass doors, safely using equipment and lifts, and assisting with general housekeeping duties during inclement weather. Candidates should have a valid Florida driver's license, the ability to lift 50+ lbs., work at heights and in outdoor conditions, and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous window washing, housekeeping, maintenance, or heavy cleaning experience is preferred, along with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
