We are seeking candidates who:
  • Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a larger role in the 2026 season.
  • Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $19/hr
    + tips/bonus.
