Job description

We are looking for college students who are hardworking to become Window Cleaning technicians to join our growing team! As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the thorough cleanliness of windows, primarily in residential buildings. Prior window cleaning experience not required! Working mostly independently, but sometimes in a team of 2, you will use specialized equipment to make the cleaning as easy, fast, and thorough as possible, maintaining high standards of cleanliness while remaining efficient and low-stress on-site, typically focusing on one location at a time. This job is low-stress, easy to learn, and easy to make a lot of money. The 30$ to 40$ an hour is not counting tips and upsell commission, it is an hourly wage equivalent that is easy to hit, it is not too good to be true.

Responsibilities

  • Perform window washing for residential buildings
  • Use water-fed poles on exterior cleans
  • Work independently to manage time and tasks effectively
  • Occasionally travel between sites as needed
  • Greeting the client upon arrival, as well as answering any customer questions
  • Be able to upsell the customer on additional services (optional)
  • Work roughly 40-60 hours a week

Qualifications

  • Good work ethic
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good physical stamina
  • Previous squeegee experience (Not required, but will get you more access to jobs.) On-the-job training available
  • Having your own vehicle (truck preferred, but any car with a long trunk or cabin will do)

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with an overflow of consistent work.

  • New technicians typically earn the equivalent of $20–$35/hour as they learn the most efficient ways of cleaning
  • Strong performers in the efficient category easily exceed 40-55/hour+ (With many opportunities to make more)
  • Top performers can earn significantly more depending on effort, consistency, and a thorough job well done
  • Keep 100% of tips, often doubling your commission for the house when tipped

There is no cap on earnings.
