JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms
  • Inspect windows and surrounding areas for damage or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly
  • Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other surfaces
  • Maintain an adequate supply of spare items needed and ensure supplies are stocked and stored properly
  • Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner
  • Fulfills work orders in a timely manner
  • Safely operate ladders and other equipment when cleaning elevated areas
  • Perform additional exterior maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a hotel maintenance position preferred
  • Experience working in a hotel, resort, commercial building, or similar hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent guest facing appearance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Excellent time management skills
