Field Service Manager โ€“ Power Washing Lead Technician Rolling Suds ยท Orland Park / Plainfield, IL Full-Time or Part-Time | $25+/hr Based on Experience | Weekly Pay | Leadership Track
About the Role

We're building our first crew โ€” and we want someone who wants to run it. As our Field Service Manager, you'll lead a 2-person team on residential and commercial power washing jobs, own the customer experience, and be first in line for a Location Manager or Sales Leader role as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a 2-person crew on power washing and window cleaning jobs
  • Serve residential and commercial clients โ€” up to 5 stories, ground-based equipment
  • Own client communication before, during, and after every job
  • Identify and upsell service add-ons (driveways, decks, roof wash, and more)
  • Manage site setup, safety, equipment, and daily workflow
  • Train and mentor your second crew member
Compensation & Schedule

  • Starting at $25/hr based on experience
  • Weekly pay
  • Overtime available (50โ€“60 hours during busy season at 1.5ร—)
  • Performance bonuses
  • Guaranteed annual raise of at least $1/hr
  • Additional seasonal raise minimum (Feb/March)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available. Primarily weekdays with occasional weekends. Minimum 2 days off per week guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

  • Comfortable operating machinery and troubleshooting on site
Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Power washing, exterior cleaning, window washing, painting, landscaping, or construction
  • Customer-facing service or sales experience (upselling bonus available)
  • Prior crew leadership or team management โ€” major plus
