Job description

At Window Genie, we have an immediate opening for a Senior Technician / Technician. Whether youโ€™ve done windows before or are looking for a general laborer position, this is the perfect fit. Weโ€™ll train you on every step of the Window Genie Way.

Youโ€™ll also learn how to do window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and window tinting, so there will be no shortage of work for you.

Your success in this role is vital to us. Itโ€™s why we will take the time to train and coach you in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning and window tinting.

Must have clean driving record, as you will be driving a company vehicle that is located in Donelson at my shop. Jobs on scattered in Sumner, Wilson, and Davidson.


Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. Our technicians are paid by the job. Your ability to become proficient and efficient on our 5 core services, will greatly increase your hour wage, as you spend less time at each job location.

Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie (Insert Job Title Here)

Provide Various Services โ€“ Whether itโ€™s window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting, you will directly serve our customers.

Create a Great Customer Experience โ€“ After the job, youโ€™ll collect payments, do a walkthrough, ask for a review, and make recommendations about additional services.

Maintain Equipment โ€“ Youโ€™ll be responsible for keeping everything clean and in working order.

Shop Location - You will be required to report to our shop location in Donelson TN to utilize the company van and prepare neccessary supplies for each day. Each day begins and ends at the shop where the van and supplies are stored.

Driver's License - Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive company van.


This Job is Not for You If:

You are afraid of heights. (You will be climbing ladders, sometimes 20 feet or higher.)

You donโ€™t want to interact with people. (Youโ€™ll need to have conversations with every customer.)

Youโ€™d rather be working inside. (Almost all our work is outdoors.)
