We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We are currently looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the region. If you have a structured business, provides professional window washing services and want steady, recurring work without chasing new contracts or unpaid invoices, this may be a strong fit.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
- Knowledge of:
- Hot water extraction / steam cleaning
- Low-moisture / encapsulation methods
- Proper chemical use and stain treatment
- Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
- General liability insurance (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
- Preferred:
- Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
- Ability to provide clear reporting and documentation
- Upholstery or floor care capabilities (value-add)
The Opportunity
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.
We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties - including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces - and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality carpet care in active commercial environments.
This is an opportunity to access well-defined, professionally managed work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments.

The selected contractor will provide professional commercial carpet cleaning services, including:
- Carpet inspections and condition assessments
- Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry cleaning methods)
- Stain, spot, and odor removal
- High-traffic lane treatment and restoration
- Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
- Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable)
Work may include:
- Daytime or after-hours service in occupied facilities
- Coordination with on-site staff and facility managers
- Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting)
