Job description

$50,000 - $70,000 | Lafayette, IN | Full Time | Salary + Production Pay + Bonuses | Benefits

High-Impact Operations Role

Window Genie of Lafayette is hiring for a key role within the company, working directly with management to support daily operations, improve performance, and maintain a high standard across all services.

This is a hands-on, field-based position. You will be expected to produce, think, solve problems, and help improve how the business operates. This is not a role where you wait for direction-you are expected to take ownership.

Professionalism is not optional in this position. You will be representing the company in front of customers. How you communicate and present yourself matters

What You'll Be Doing

Field Production - Perform all Window Genie services at a high level:

Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window film installation, and holiday light installation

Training - Train new employees and ensure work is being done correctly and efficiently

Operations Support - Serve as a reliable point of contact for technicians in the field to resolve issues and keep jobs moving

Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and actively contribute ideas to improve production, quality, and workflow

Estimating - Complete in-person estimates as needed

Customer Interaction - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explain processes, and ensure expectations are met

Compensation

Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, including:

  • Base salary
  • Production-based pay (earn more by producing more)
  • Bonuses

Important Note About the Role

This is not a supervisory position and does not include direct reports.

This role supports operations, drives standards, and works directly with management to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in home services preferred
  • Self-starter who does not need constant direction
  • Highly focused and able to stay on task without supervision
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement-not just completing tasks
  • Well-spoken and able to communicate professionally at all times
  • Takes pride in their work and holds themselves to a high standard

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Physically capable of labor-intensive work
  • Available Monday-Friday with some weekend work.

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • One week paid vacation
  • Paid holidays

Skip This Job If:

  • You need to be told what to do at every step
  • You are not comfortable with physical work or working at heights
  • You are looking for a management title without responsibility
  • You struggle with professionalism, communication, or accountability

Great Fit If You're:

  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and environment
  • Looking to grow into a key role within a company
  • Interested in improving systems, not just following them
  • Comfortable working directly with ownership and being held to a high standard

This is a high-responsibility role with real impact on the business. You will be expected to perform, think, and contribute-not just show up.

Apply today - qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.
