About the Role:
Accent Drapery Co Inc is looking for a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our team in Columbus, OH! This is a hands-on role where you'll bring beautiful window treatments to life in various commercial, health care and residential spaces. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and delivering a polished finished product, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install a variety of custom window treatments including blinds, roll shades, shutters, draperies, and curtain rods
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine proper mounting and installation methods
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients during in-home or commercial installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
  • Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, job details, and material needs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Professional, courteous demeanor when working in clients' homes or businesses
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights using ladders and/or scaffolding
  • Typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
