Here at Professional Window Tint Inc we have been helping customers for over 36 years. We have a great shop with temperature control no matter the weather we work in comfort. We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and organized Lead Tint Technician to oversee our tinting department. The ideal candidate will be a experienced master installer of automotive window films, capable of maintaining the highest quality standards, while also managing daily shop operations, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be ambitious, energetic, punctual, and detail oriented with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, inventory is maintained, and the shop meets all safety and professional standards. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead and manage daily tinting operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. 
  • Apply window films to vehicles, residential, and commercial glass with precision, as needed 
  • Train, mentor, and supervise other technicians, providing guidance on best practices. 
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with company standards. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations. 
  • Manage inventory of tint films, tools, and supplies. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques. 
      
Qualifications 
  • Proven experience as a professional window tint technician (5+ years preferred). 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. 
  • Knowledge of different tint films, tools, and application techniques.  
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
