We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections - so you can focus on doing what you do best.

We are currently looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the region. If you have a structured business, provides professional window washing services and want steady, recurring work without chasing new contracts or unpaid invoices, this may be a strong fit.

City Wide helps you grow your revenue, keep your crews busy, and get paid consistently - including guaranteed payment on the 10th for work performed.

We operate throughout South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana - a strong commercial market with warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing sites, schools, and municipal buildings.

You:

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
    • Knowledge of:
      • Hot water extraction / steam cleaning
      • Low-moisture / encapsulation methods
      • Proper chemical use and stain treatment
    • Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
    • General liability insurance (required)
    • Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
    • Strong communication and professionalism
    • Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
    • Ability to provide clear reporting and documentation
    • Upholstery or floor care capabilities (value-add)

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.

We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties - including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces - and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality carpet care in active commercial environments.

This is an opportunity to access well-defined, professionally managed work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments.

If you operate a structured business and are looking to supplement your pipeline with reliable, recurring opportunities, this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide professional commercial carpet cleaning services, including:

  • Carpet inspections and condition assessments
  • Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry cleaning methods)
  • Stain, spot, and odor removal
  • High-traffic lane treatment and restoration
  • Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
  • Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable)

Work may include:

  • Daytime or after-hours service in occupied facilities
  • Coordination with on-site staff and facility managers
  • Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting)

This is more than surface cleaning—effective carpet care requires proper equipment, techniques, and understanding of different materials to maintain appearance and extend lifespan.
