Job description

MAINTENANCE LEAD position now open to join our awesome team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This hands on job will provide customer service to residential and commercial tenants with turn overs, work-orders, and very rare weekend duties with occasional overtime. Also, perform large remodels and repairs to apartments, homes, and commercial properties.


Compensation: $17 to $25 an hour!
24 hours annual PTO, 15% off rent, very flexible work schedule. Company vehicle. Health Savings Account plus Traditional 401K and Roth IRA investing options.

  • Basic repair and diagnosis of appliances: refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposal
  • Some knowledge of HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge
  • Some knowledge of residential and commercial water heaters
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • Basic personal cell applications and online skills for purpose of ordering supplies/materials, managing work orders in tenant software, inventory management, and creating work/schedule calendared plans
