Location: FMC Devens, Massachusetts

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (No more than 40 hours per week)

Overview:

Professional Performance Development Group (PPDG) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support medical services at FMC Devens in Massachusetts. This position provides high-quality nursing care in a federal healthcare setting alongside physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ambulatory nursing care, evaluations, and treatments.

  • Assist physicians and APPs with procedures.

  • Administer medications and perform occasional venipuncture.

  • Triage and assess patients, including emergency response when needed.

  • Document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Support mental health and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, asthma).

  • Maintain strict compliance with infection control and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience.

  • Proficient in EHR systems, documentation, and basic lab or diagnostic equipment.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Must not have had any negative employment terminations within the past 36 months.
