Libby Contracting LLC is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-quality window and door installations. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and delivering excellent customer experiences throughout the Charlotte market.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Window & Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing windows and doors in residential settings and takes pride in precise, clean, and efficient work.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
  • Measure and prepare openings for proper fit and installation
  • Remove and dispose of existing windows and doors safely
  • Apply proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques
  • Ensure all installations meet local building codes and quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
  • Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in window and door installation (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic math skills accurately
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with retrofit and new construction installations
  • Familiarity with different window/door brands and systems
  • Basic carpentry and framing knowledge
