We are looking for an experienced Acrylic Bathroom Installer to join our growing installation team. Our projects are primarily residential bathroom remodels, with many installations completed within 1-2 days.
If you take pride in your craftsmanship, work efficiently, and have the experience to deliver high-quality bathroom renovations, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career with strong earning potential.What You'll Do
  • Pick up and transport project materials from the company warehouse to job sites
  • Review job packets and verify materials before beginning each project
  • Safely transport materials and equipment to residential job sites
  • Protect customers' homes using boot covers, drop cloths, plastic, and other protective materials
  • Install acrylic bath and shower systems, wall surrounds, shower pans, tubs, and related fixtures
  • Perform custom tile installation, including backer board, waterproofing, grouting, and sealing
  • Complete demolition and tub-to-shower conversions
  • Perform light carpentry and basic plumbing modifications as needed
  • Take accurate measurements and maintain level, precise layouts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project
  • Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and applicable building requirements
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
  • Explain the installation process and answer customer questions
  • Complete required project documentation, including photos and paperwork

  • Experience with tub-to-shower conversions and complete bathroom remodeling
  • Strong knowledge of tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and waterproofing
  • Experience installing acrylic bath and shower systems
  • Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to safely transport materials and equipment as required for the position
  • Required licenses and certifications must be current and valid
  • Must be able to pass a background check
