We're looking for an Interior Trim Installer to bring their passion, precision, and problem-solving skills to our team in Torrance, CA. If you share our passion for beautiful cars, thrive on details, and want to be part of something extraordinary, this is your chance.
Why You'll Love This Role:
  • You will prepare chassis for interior install, install headliners, fit, modify, and install interior components in a manner that demonstrates, "Everything is Important."

What You'll Do:
  • Fit and modify raw and finished parts and panels to tolerance inside of the vehicle chassis.
  • Be responsible for installing insulation, headliners, and finished panels inside of the vehicle chassis.
  • Assemble various finished components to complete sub-assemblies.
  • Partner with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule

Who We're Looking For:
  • We're seeking 1-3 years of experience working with interiors in automotive aerospace and/or marine environment.
  • Bonus points for a certification and/or technical automotive program and/or experience in a rapid growth environment.

Location & Schedule:
This is an onsite role in Torrance, California and the schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm with overtime.
