Responsibilities:At least one year of experience with installation of Hardie, Vinyl, Fiber Cement siding
  • Replacement and repair work of installs,tear offs, redeck, replacements
  • Thoroughly clean job site, take photos before and after, upload them to the CRM
  • Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of installation experience vinyl and Hardie siding
  • Quality workmanship & excellent communication
  • Motivated, organized, disciplined
  • Your own truck and tools, unless working independently
  • Need proper insurance and licensing
  • Your own crew (each must have one English speaking person)

Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
General Liability -
$2 million aggregate
$2 million products & completed operations
$1 million per occurrence
Automobile Liability - $1 million combined single limit
Workman's Compensation - $500k-$500k-$500k
