Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Manager/Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects while working alongside the crew to ensure each job is done efficiently and professionally. We are seeking someone that is proficient in the installation of windows, doors, and trim carpentry. This position is hands on and requires the skills of a foreman to work on the field with the crew to complete daily tasks. The ideal candidate is an expert in building methods and has a proven track record of successful construction management and leadership. 

Responsibilities 
  • Manage all aspects of the construction project
  • Show crew members how to efficiently complete the tasks by demonstrating and working with them
  • Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
  • Report on progress
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager
  • MUST know installation process of windows and doors
  • Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
  • Skilled in all aspects of window installation including trim coil and interior carpentry 
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
  • Ability to break large projects into small steps
