As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their home's appearance and durability. You will represent our commitment to quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction on every job site.

What You'll Do:
Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site
What You Need:
Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit for you
Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
