Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultants are responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with contractors, remodelers, replacement companies, select builders and homeowners. This role is accountable for generating high-volume, profitable sales, increasing market penetration, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include special projects and other duties as assigned based on business needs.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:Develop and execute an annual business plan that will establish sales goals, activity targets, and account acquisitions strategies.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with, remodel contractors, replacement companies, select builders, homeowners, and other trade professionals to achieve sales objectives.Regularly visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active new projects and accounts in your area.Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including product application, sales, cross departmental support and resolution of customer concerns, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Promote and expand awareness of the Marvin product line and other represented manufacturers while maintaining current knowledge of trends, projects, and developments within the architectural, construction, and remodeling communities.Actively represents Mountain West Windows & Doors at company-sponsored events, at professional group invitations to discuss and/or present products, and at consumer home shows to promote Marvin and to build your network and relationships with prospective clients.Able to present product demonstrations, accurately read, interpret and take-off blueprints, and use electronic software and systems (OMS, MSOffice, Salesforce, etc.) to quote, sell and order products for remodeling and residential, and assist in providing prompt and on-time delivery.Follow up on leads generated by lead reports, referrals, showroom inquiries and outstanding proposals.Responsible for providing feedback regularly and upon request, including but not limited to: wins and losses, competitive information, quality alerts as well as periodic special requests.Responsible for hosting guests for field visits upon request.Promotes and facilitates continuous improvement activities in the department.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
