We are currently looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties:
  • Cabinetry install/repair
  • Carpentry
  • Finish-out
  • Flooring
  • Painting
  • Sheetrock / Drywall
  • Roofing
  • Texturing
  • Trim work

Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our sub-contractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows:
  • $1,000,000 each occurrence
  • $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
  • $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
  • $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

Business Automobile Liability as follows:
  • $1,000,000 combined single limit

OR
  • $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
  • $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
