We are seeking a proven installation professional ready to lead a high-performing crew. As a Window Crew Leader, you are directly responsible for the successful execution of residential window projects and the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives on solving challenges in the field.


Pay Rate: $36-$39/hour (includes a $31–$34 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution).

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee residential window installations from start to finish

  • Lead, coach, and ensure the safety and productivity of your crew

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering an exceptional experience

  • Collect payments and complete project documentation accurately

  • Communicate proactively with managers and team members

  • Solve unexpected installation challenges with creativity and resourcefulness

  • Maintain the highest standards for craftsmanship and professionalism
