At Budget Blinds of Boise, we're looking for hardworking, dependable people who are eager to learn. As an Apprentice Installer, you'll work side-by-side with experienced professionals, learning how to install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and other premium window coverings in homes throughout the Treasure Valley.
You don't need years of experience, we'll teach you the skills. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to get better every day.

What You'll Do

  • Assist experienced installers with custom window covering installations. 
  • Learn installation techniques through hands-on training. 
  • Support clean, organized, and safe jobsites. 
  • Help protect customers' homes while delivering exceptional service. 
  • Develop the skills needed to become an Experienced Installer. 
Working Environment

You'll spend most of your day on the road visiting customers throughout the Treasure Valley alongside experienced installers. Every day offers new learning opportunities, different homes, and unique installation challenges.
