As a hands-on CEO and President, McCord worked with an advertising expert to boil down the company’s spirit into one core message. The area of service is vast—from Martinsville to Lafayette to Anderson to Sheridan to Plainfield, Kokomo, Bloomington and more.

Recent restructuring ensures that the needs of all customers will be met to the highest satisfaction by establishing separate VPs that preside over the residential, commercial and contractor areas so specific and meticulous detail can be given to each area.

With more responsibility delegated to the vice presidents, McCord is looking forward to going out on service calls with service techs and installers from time to time, so don’t be surprised to see him if he comes to your door.

In today’s technologically advanced times, the web has come to the forefront of service. With online parts ordering already in place, McCord anticipates the day that consumers who choose to book their service calls online will be able to do so—so in that spare 10 minutes a customer might have at 11:30 p.m. they could book a call for the next day and check another item off the list.

In 2003, Garage Doors of Indianapolis proudly adopted Riley Hospital for Children through the “WENS Radiothon for Riley” as a way to support the special hospital that does such amazing things for our littlest friends and neighbors.
