Shine of Minnetonka is hiring a few Seasonal Christmas Light Installers to join our team for our busy holiday lighting season.
This is a great opportunity for athletes, college students, tradespeople, labor workers, or anyone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and taking pride in seeing the results of their work at the end of the day.
No holiday lighting experience required — we provide paid training.
(If you do have experience with Christmas light installation, roofing, landscaping, construction, window cleaning, or other outdoor trades, that's a big plus and can help you earn more faster.)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll work with a small crew installing professional Christmas light displays on homes and businesses throughout the western Twin Cities.
Your day may include:

  • Installing Christmas lights along rooflines, peaks and other areas of homes and businesses
  • Installing lights on trees, wreaths, garland and other holiday décor
  • Working safely from ladders and on roofs
  • Setting up, testing and troubleshooting lighting displays
  • Working efficiently with your crew to complete multiple jobs each day
  • Providing friendly, professional service to our customers
  • Removing and organizing holiday lighting at the end of the season

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, September through December

Optional Saturdays may be available during the busiest parts of the season for additional hours and income.
