Job description

Maintenance Crew will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the Hilltop Manor community and all areas as related to the day-to-day operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

1. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.

2. Repairing and installing structures such as showers, sinks, door / windows, cabinets, wall and building exteriors and make ready units to be sold.

3. Must be able to utilize a ladder to complete plumbing, roof, and window repairs outside, on one- and two-story buildings.

4. Responsible for after hour “On Call” emergency maintenance as required. Scheduling duties are on a rotation basis.

5. Complete preventative maintenance programs as directed by the manager.

6. Responsible for following safety protocol always.

Job Requirements:

Maintenance Crew must maintain a professional and courteous manner with members, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Education / Qualification

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency

Additional Requirements: Must always maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License
