We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength, technical skills, and attention to detail. The Skilled Laborer will contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our projects while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires a valid driver's license, as the applicant will operate company vehicles throughout their shift. 
Duties
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
  • Responsible for installing AC/Heater window units in mobile units (40ft, double-wide, and storage containers).
  • Managed customer service calls across the DMV and the Tri-state metropolitan areas. (Traveling involves)
  • Diagnose and solve problems, such as malfunctioning systems, and communicate issues to clients, vendors, and office staff.
  • Responsible for interior and exterior work, painting, patching, roofing, repairing damaged floors on mobile trailer units on customer sites
  • Responsible for repairing framing, drywall, trim, and flooring for residential/ commercial customers.
Experience
  • Previous experience in construction (Mobile Trailer), manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various tools and machinery used in skilled labor tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
