Job description

If you are a detail orientated individual with excellent communication skills, join the Champion Window Team! Champion has an immediate opening for an Installation/Service Coordinator. This full-time position is responsible for Customer service concerns, including scheduling appointments, ordering service parts, and maintaining accurate customer service records.

Specific duties of the Installation/Service Coordinator position include:

  •          Provide world class service to Champion customers
  •          Answer and handle incoming customer service concerns, including promptly returning phone and email messages
  •          Schedule appointments for department technicians, including re-measure, service, service inspection, and follow up appointments
  •          Enter customer and job related information into necessary databases
  •          Pull customer files and distribute to assigned technician
  •          Order required parts for services
  •          Organize and maintain accurate customer records
  •          Enter all new installation orders into Champion’s system, verifying information from contract and re-measure technician
  •          Assist in customer inquiries
  •          Support installation manager in administrative duties

As an Installation/Service Coordinator you must be detail orientated and have strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills are critical for your success in this role.

Specific requirements of the Installation/Service Coordinator position include:

  •          High school diploma or GED equivalent
  •          5 years customer service experience
  •          Ability to successfully work in a team environment
  •          Experience in the construction field a plus
  •          Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone skills
  •          Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
