Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of residential windows and doors. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 

Responsibilities
  • Install, replace, and seal windows and doors according to specifications and building codes 

  • Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment 

  • Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently 

  • Inspect job sites and troubleshoot installation issues as needed 

  • Apply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing materials 

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 

  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers 

  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards 

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred 

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders 

  • Valid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required)
