Job title- Project Manager

Location: Tacoma, WA
Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000+ annually
 

Job Summary
We are passively seeking a Project Manager / Estimator or a Purchasing Agent / Project Manager with direct experience working for a window manufacturer or fenestration company. This is a non-urgent requirement, and we are open to reviewing strong profiles as they become available. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in estimating, procurement, and project execution within the window or fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window manufacturing and installation projects

  • Manage projects from bid award through production, delivery, and installation

  • Coordinate purchasing of materials, components, and vendor pricing related to window systems

  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, production, and field teams

  • Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
