We're looking for a dependable, skilled Window & Door Technician to join our growing team as a 1099 independent contractor. If you have hands-on experience with installation, repairs, remodeling, and finish carpentry-and take pride in quality workmanship-we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll work on a variety of residential projects, installing and repairing windows and doors while helping deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working independently, solving problems on-site, and producing high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, replace, and repair windows and doors
  • Perform glass installation, cutting, sealing, and caulking
  • Complete trim and frame carpentry for window and door openings
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Ensure projects are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Safely handle and move large window and door units
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and clients on-site
