Window & Door Technician (Repair + Install) | Steady Work | $50K-$80K+
Location: Crete, IL (60417 area)
Company: M&M Home Remodeling Services
Make More. Work Consistently. Stay Busy Year-Round.
If you've worked with windows, doors, or exterior installs and want steady work without slow seasons, this is a strong opportunity.
We're hiring a hands-on Window & Door Technician who can handle repairs, service calls, and installs - not just one or the other.
This is a field-based role with consistent job flow, strong support, and real growth as we continue to scale.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Diagnose and repair window & door issues (hardware, seals, alignment, etc.)
  • Complete service work + full installs (replacement windows, entry doors, sliders)
  • Work directly with homeowners (clear, professional communication)
  • Load materials/tools and manage your jobs day-to-day
  • Document work + job details (photos, notes, materials)
  • Keep jobs clean and organized
  • Collect payments and close out jobs when needed
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in window/door install or exterior service work
  • Comfortable with tools, ladders, and working outdoors year-round
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
  • Strong attention to detail - clean, quality installs matter here
  • Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners

Bonus if you have:
  • Lead Safe Certification
  • Experience with service/repair work (not just installs)
What You Get
  • $50K-$80K+ earning potential (based on experience + production)
  • Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal slowdowns)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Growth opportunities across a rapidly expanding company
  • Strong leadership + steady pipeline of jobs
Why Techs Choose Us
  • You stay busy - no chasing work
  • Mix of repair + install work (less repetitive than install-only roles)
  • Established 50 year old company with real growth (not a small shop with gaps)
