Job description

Alenco is a family owned business that has been serving the community for over 30 years with a proven track record of providing quality products and great service. Our company is growing and in need of dependable, detail-oriented, independent contractors, siding and/or window installers.

We offer year-round work and competitive, weekly pay.

Pay is based per job. Our average installers make $75,000 - $150,000 a year depending on how many jobs they complete each week.

Normal schedule is Monday through Friday with some evenings as needed to complete an installation and an occasional Saturday.

We are looking for the Independent Contractors (1099) who are

  • Self-starters who are responsible, take initiative and work independently.
  • Provide their own vehicle, trailer and tools.
  • Has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Is able to read, understand detail instructions on contracts and communicate clearly with management and customers on the job site.
  • Must maintain General Liability, Auto Insurance and Workers Comp (if necessary) to meet Alenco’s requirements.
  • Has general computer skills and a cell phone for contact.
  • Is Lead Certified or willing to become certified.

1 year minimum of installation and remodeling experience would be helpful but not required, will train the right person with a proven track record of superior service in another field of installation.'
