Mill Creek Lumber and Supply Company is a leading provider of lumber and building materials, serving the construction industry since 1934. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service and as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Windows Service Helper to join our team.  As a Windows Service Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our Service Technician with installing glass windows in residential homes. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows and related products.
  • Work closely with the Windows Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting windows to ensure proper installation.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain warehouse standards and practices.
  • Unload vendor trucks and load delivery truck for daily deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in window installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs 
  • Exposure to outside elements (heat/cold)
