Our client Basco Calgary is seeking a reliable and physically fit Glass Installer / Construction Labourer to join their team at the Evergreen site in Calgary. This role involves assisting with the removal, installation, and replacement of glass panes in various condo buildings.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction or installation experience who are comfortable handling heavy materials and using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install glass panes safely and efficiently
• Assist with glass replacement in condo buildings
• Handle glass panels weighing up to 50 lbs
• Use basic hand and power tools as required
• Ensure proper alignment and secure installation
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, installation, glazing, or general labour preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using basic tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Steel-toe boots and PPE preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with window/glass installation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
