St. Claire Windows & Doors is looking for a detail oriented and dependable
Warehouse Coordinator to support our Operations and Project Management teams. If you enjoy a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, this is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring every installation is set up for success.
You'll help coordinate materials, manage warehouse inventory, transport materials to job sites through daily deliveries using a company box truck, and ensure our field teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate materials and logistics for commercial installation projects.
- Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory.
- Stage orders and prepare deliveries for installation crews.
- Deliver materials to jobsites as needed, ensuring products arrive safely and on time.
- Track inventory, receive shipments, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Review work orders, material lists, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
- Assist with project preparation, including blueprint and job specification verification.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Help manage company fleet records, including inspections, maintenance schedules, oil changes, and vehicle documentation.
- Support the Operations Manager and Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and warehouse organization initiatives.
- Perform other duties that support successful project execution.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, home improvement, or a related field.
- Experience with windows, doors, installation, service, or measuring is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing building materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- DOT certification and forklift certification are preferred or the ability to obtain them.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
