Installation Assistant – Build Your Skills with a Team That Takes Pride in the Work

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA** Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM** Pay: $20–$23 per hour**

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Window amp; Door Installation — Work alongside experienced installers to remove old windows and install new, high‑quality products.

  • Hands‑On Carpentry Tasks — Use tools, measure accurately, and help ensure every installation meets our standards.

  • Material Handling — Load and unload materials; some heavy lifting required.

  • Job Site Support — Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

  • Team Collaboration — Support your crew and help projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

  • Carpentry or Construction Experience — preferably with residential remodels.

  • Comfort with Tools — Good with your hands and willing to learn new skills.

  • Physical Capability — Able to lift and move heavy materials.

  • Positive Attitude — Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.

  • Growth Mindset — Eager to learn the trade and grow with the team.
