Were growing fast and looking for high-energy, motivated individuals in the Miami area who love physical outdoor work, want total control over their schedule, and want to out-earn standard hourly jobs.
How the Job Works (True On-Demand & Flexible) This is not a traditional punch-the-clock shift job. This is an app-driven, performance-based position where you are rewarded for your efficiency and hustle.
  • You submit your availability directly into our scheduling app.
  • When customer jobs are booked that match your availability, assignments are published right to your phone.
  • The Routine: For every dispatch, you report to our central warehouse. We provide the company vehicle, the equipment, and the transit to and from local job sites!
  • This is a casual, variable-hour role with no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week. This is designed to be the perfect high-paying side-hustle for active individuals, gig-workers, or students looking to maximize their income around classes or other commitments.
Schedule & Availability Requirements

  • Peak Booking Windows: Most jobs occur Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Preferred candidates will have open availability to accept jobs during these windows.
  • Hours: Completely variable and dispatched strictly on an as-needed basis based on customer demand.
What Youll Do

  • Perform professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing for residential, commercial, and post-construction properties.
  • Safely utilize ladders (up to 40 ft) and specialized equipment to service low-rise properties.
  • Assist with Holiday Lights design, installation, maintenance, and takedown during the seasonal winter peak.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
  • Maintain constant, professional communication with team members and leads via company-provided two-way radios to ensure job site safety and coordination.
  • Support business development efforts by distributing marketing materials, visiting nearby properties, and introducing company services when assigned.
  • Report to the warehouse on time for dispatched jobs and use our company smartphone app daily to view job details, claim jobs, clock in/out, and log completions.
Position Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 verification required).
  • Background & References: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and provide two (2) personal or professional references during the interview process.
  • License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Smartphone: Must own a smartphone capable of running our company scheduling app.
  • Language: Ability to speak English fluently; intermediate Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Prior window cleaning, pressure washing, or physical labor experience is preferred, but paid training is provided!
Physical & Sensory Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in various South Florida weather conditions.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including the ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Must be able to safely climb and balance on ladders up to 40 feet high.
  • Sensory & Communication Awareness: Must possess the visual acuity necessary to inspect surfaces for cleanliness and identify job-site hazards (such as power lines or ledge drops). Must possess the auditory capability to clearly hear, understand, and respond to verbal safety commands and operational updates transmitted over a two-way radio amidst ambient outdoor or equipment noise.
  • Must be highly safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Perks & Benefits

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: We pay on a Piece-Work Compensation Model (starting at 20% of job revenue for a 1-person crew). When you work efficiently and maintain high quality, your take-home pay increases!
  • Hourly Support Pay: Standalone tasks like training days, equipment maintenance, or assigned marketing runs are paid at a flat $16.00/hr.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Work when you want. Manage your own availability and pick up jobs right from your phone around your existing schedule.
  • Paid Training: We provide comprehensive, paid technical, safety, and radio etiquette training.
  • Gear Provided: Company uniforms, safety PPE, and all job site transportation are provided.
  • Introductory Period: All new hires start with a standard 90-day introductory and training period to ensure a great mutual fit.
