Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with professional equipment, and seeing the results of a job well done? Are you looking for a position where you can learn multiple trades and grow into a leadership role?
We are looking for an Experienced Exterior Cleaning & Lighting Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on position involving commercial and residential power washing, window cleaning, holiday lighting, and permanent lighting installation. We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights, and capable of taking responsibility for getting jobs completed correctly.
Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial power washing and soft washing
  • Perform interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Install, service, remove, and maintain holiday lighting systems
  • Install permanent exterior lighting systems
  • Safely operate pressure washing equipment, pumps, hoses, water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and other professional equipment
  • Work safely and confidently from ladders and at heights
  • Lead and supervise other technicians when assigned
  • Follow job procedures, safety requirements, and checklists
  • Inspect completed work and ensure jobs meet company and customer expectations
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Complete required job documentation, including before-and-after photos

Qualifications
  • Previous power washing, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, roofing, lighting, or similar hands-on experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable and able to arrive on time
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques
Experience with pressure washing, water-fed pole window cleaning, lifts, holiday lighting, low-voltage lighting, or electrical/mechanical work is a major plus.
