Role Description This contract, remote Sales Specialist role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, presenting window solutions, and closing sales. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Specialist will conduct virtual consultations, provide product information, prepare quotes, and follow up with leads through phone, email, and online meetings. The role includes nurturing long-term customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. The Sales Specialist will also track sales activities in CRM tools, meet performance targets, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on product features and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.
  • Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and professional conflict resolution.
  • Sales skills in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Training and Sales Management skills for guiding customers through product options and supporting team initiatives.
