Job description

Experienced High-Rise Window Cleaners Wanted

Clean Services Northwest is growing, and we are looking for experienced high-rise window

cleaners who take pride in their craft and want to work with a team that values safety,

professionalism, and quality.

This position is for experienced high-rise technicians only. If you do not have rope

descent/high-rise window cleaning experience, please apply to one of our other field positions.

What You'll do

 Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope descent systems

 Clean glass using traditional mop and squeegee methods

 Perform pressure washing and exterior building cleaning services

 Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements

 Conduct equipment inspections and safety checks

 Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards

 Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, and team members


What We are Looking For Required Qualifications

 Previous high-rise window cleaning experience

 Experience working with rope descent systems

 Strong understanding of safety procedures and fall protection

 Ability to work at heights for extended periods

 Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

 Positive attitude and strong work ethic

 Reliable transportation

 Ability to pass a background check

 Availability for occasional weekend work


Preferred Qualifications


 Federal background clearance eligibility

 Pressure washing experience

 Commercial exterior building maintenance experience

 Leadership experience or interest in future advancement opportunities

Pay and Benefits Compensation

 $27.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

 Additional earning opportunities available for technicians who qualify for federal security

clearances
