Job description

Join the Squeegee Squad Team

Squeegee Squad is hiring a motivated, dependable Window Cleaning / Pressure Washing Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and knows how to turn customer conversations into sales opportunities.

In this role, you will perform exterior cleaning services while also helping generate revenue by identifying customer needs, recommending services, and closing additional work in the field.

Pay & Compensation

Primarily commission-based. Earn 25% commission on jobs you sell after the job is completed by the company, invoiced, and customer payment is received. No cap on earnings. Guaranteed minimum earnings of $18.00-$18.40 per hour worked depending on location and applicable law. If commission earned in the pay period does not meet the guaranteed minimum, the company will pay the difference.

What You'll Do

  • Clean residential and commercial windows to company quality standards
  • Perform soft washing and pressure washing on exterior surfaces
  • Perform gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site
  • Identify customer needs and recommended appropriate services
  • Help generate and close sales opportunities in the field
  • Travel to the office and assigned job sites as needed
  • Use ladders, tools, and equipment safely and follow company safety procedures
  • Work efficiently, maintain a professional appearance , and represent the Squeegee Squad bran well

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning
  • Strong sales ability and comfort speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Fluent in English, because the role involves customer communication, on-site sales conversations, and safety instructions
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to the office and other job sites as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history required
  • Final candidates must provide a current DMV motor vehicle record showing a valid license and acceptable driving history, or authorized a lawful motor vehicle record check
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders / at heights
  • For assignments that require access to military or government installations, final candidates may be required to complete a post-offer background screening consistent with applicable law and site-access requirements. Maryland and DC both restrict when criminal-history inquires may be made, subject to certain exceptions.
