For over 25 years MSNW has provided janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services to commercial facilities in WA, OR, and ID. Having positions throughout the Region gives us the ability to develop, coach and mentor team members for future promotions.

MSNW Group is looking for a dependable and motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a field-based position servicing customer locations throughout Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish Counties, including the Everett area. 

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality work, and doesn't want to spend every day in the same location. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional interior and exterior window cleaning at commercial properties 
  • Safely use window-cleaning equipment, ladders, extension poles, and related tools 
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets MSNW quality standards 
  • Maintain window-cleaning equipment and supplies 
  • Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts 
  • Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements 
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle between customer locations 
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and professional condition 
  • Complete assigned routes and service work efficiently and on schedule 
  • Assist with other exterior or facility-service work as needed 

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle 
  • Acceptable driving record 
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality 
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 
  • Comfortable working from ladders and at heights 
  • Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including lifting, reaching, bending, and climbing 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Professional attitude and customer-service skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route 
  • Window-cleaning or exterior-cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate 
  • Successful completion of a fingerprint background check
  • MSNW is an E-Verify employer

Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience

Full time, schedule will be determined by supervisor 


Travel 

This position services multiple customer locations throughout Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish Counties, with regular travel between the Bellingham/Whatcom County area and Everett. 

A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel, so candidates must be comfortable spending part of the workday driving between customer locations.
