We are the largest window cleaning company in the United States, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We offer a friendly work environment, job stability, and excellent work-life balance.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week
Pay: $18/hour
Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Deliver A++ customer service
  • Collect current and past-due accounts
  • Enter payments and process credit card transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with National Maintenance Companies
  • Use our proprietary Fish software to schedule daily work
  • Capture and update employee time sheets
  • Manage inventory and order uniforms, equipment, and supplies
  • Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone
  • Train window cleaners on proper invoice and work order procedures
  • File and organize all necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Support general office operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
  • Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness
  • Reliable transportation
