Technician Role Overview:

  • Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
  • Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
  • Cleaning Screens.
  • Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
  • Gutter Cleaning.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week.
  • They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning.
  • Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting.
  • These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company's growth.

We expect when all pay and other benefits are considered for this role you would average $17-25 an hour

Pay includes the following -

- Base Rate

- Performance Pay

- Lunch Bonus ($15 per day)

- Tips (Average an additional $1-6 per hour)

- Commission

We operate on a performance based system:

Total Pay: $16 per hour

- $2/hour for arriving to the vans on time

- $3/hour for no callbacks

- Base Rate: $11/hour

- $1/hour added after first 30 days

Work days vary, however job operation is between 8-5 and arrival to the vans is generally 7-7:30 AM

This is a hospitality/sales type role. Yes, you will be window washing but customer service is your #1 priority, a clean window just falls under that.
