Window World Twin Ports Region is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy solving problems, and believe in treating customers the right way, we'd love to talk with you.
This position starts as part-time (20–30 hours per week) with the expectation of quickly growing into a full-time role as our service department continues to expand.
What You'll Do
  • Complete service and warranty repairs on windows and doors.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation or product-related issues.
  • Perform occasional window and door installations when repairs require. 
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Represent Window World with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
  • Document completed work and communicate service findings with the office.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous window and door service or installation experience is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional communication with customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
