Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a window renovation crew. We are a smaller company with about 10 employees. We currently have two crew leaders and two salesmen. We are looking to grow and start a third crew. We work as a tight knit company, doing our best to serve the customer and each other.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of window and door renovation experts.
  • Removal of old casings
  • Stucco and siding cuts and removal of old windows
  • Building brand new openings – adding new headers
  • Installation of large more complex window systems
  • Spray foaming
  • Interior trim finishing
  • Exterior caulking
  • Installation of window and door systems on new construction site
  • Onsite glazing on new construction sites
  • Exterior flashings - Bending capping and installing on site
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of tools on-site.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in renovation field
  • Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments
  • Knowledge of window systems and building codes
  • Ability to manage multiple team members simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication with customers and team management skills
  • Physical ability to perform heavy work in various weather condition
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to jobsite cleanliness and housekeeping.
